CBL Properties (NYSE: CBL) announced the appointment of Michael Lebovitz as president. Lebovitz joined CBL’s predecessor in 1988. He spent much of his career with CBL heading the development division, including supervising construction and other development-related functions.
CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc. (NYSE: CORR) said Nate Poundstone resigned from his position as senior vice president and CAO to accept a position with another company. Current senior vice president, secretary, and treasurer, Rebecca Sandring, has been named CAO on an interim basis.
iStar Inc. (NYSE: STAR) said Marcos Alvarado, who recently joined iStar as CIO, has also been named president. Andrew Richardson, who recently returned to the firm as president of land and development and who has been serving as interim CFO, agreed to take on the role of CFO on an ongoing basis.
Kimco Realty Corp. (NYSE: KIM) promoted Carmen Decker to president of its western region, and Kathleen Thayer to corporate vice president, corporate accounting. Decker joined Kimco in 2011 as director of real estate, and most recently served as vice president of leasing and asset management for the Pacific Northwest. Thayer joined Kimco in 2006, and previously served as director of accounting and accounting manager.
RLJ Lodging Trust (NYSE: RLJ) announced that Sean Mahoney joined the company as executive vice president, CFO, and treasurer. Mahoney recently served as executive vice president, CFO, and treasurer of DiamondRock Hospitality Co. (NYSE: DRH).
Phillips Edison & Company named James Bold as regional vice president of leasing, Southeast. Prior to joining Phillips Edison, Bold spent 14 years with DDR Corp. (NYSE: DDR), most recently as senior vice president of leasing.
Preferred Apartment Communities, Inc. (NYSE: APTS) named John Isakson, who previously served as executive vice president and chief capital officer since 2014, as executive vice president and CFO.
Simon Property Group (NYSE: SPG) said Brian McDade will succeed Andy Juster as executive vice president and CFO, effective Oct. 1. McDade has been with Simon for 14 years, serving in various senior finance and accounting roles, most recently serving as senior vice president and treasurer. Juster will retire at the end of this year.
Gabriel Wasserman has been appointed as CAO of VICI Properties Inc. (NYSE: VICI), succeeding Kenneth Kuick. Wasserman joined the company from Blackstone Group LP.
