Conference Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing to Katelyn Rowland at krowland@nareit.com. Full conference refunds will be issued for cancellations received no later than Friday, August 25, 2017, less a $100 processing fee.

*No refunds will be granted after Friday, August 25, 2017.

 

Hotel Cancellation Policy

NAREIT requires a one night, non-refundable deposit paid to the hotel at time of reservation. Cancellation of additional room nights (not the entire reservation), without penalty, requires notice 72 hours prior to arrival, otherwise additional room and tax penalties may apply and will be charged to the credit card on file. Any changes to your hotel reservation may be done on this site up until 72 hours prior to arrival or by emailing Lacey Rimoli-Wiesel at lacey@stagedrightevents.com. All change requests are subject to room availability. Please do not call the hotel directly.

  • While NAREIT is not an HRCI approved provider, this program can be self-reported to HRCI, individually, following their guidelines.

    How to Receive Credit

    • Upon conclusion of the HR Forum, NAREIT will send an online attendance form to all attendees
    • Complete and submit the online attendance form to NAREIT
    • Once the form has been submitted, you will receive a certificate of attendance and course descriptions
    • You must then self-report the activity to HRCI
      • Please visit the HRCI website here for a step by step guideline on how to submit your self-reported credits (see page 6 of the guideline)
      • Please note that you do NOT need an Activity ID in order to submit for credits
