Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. (NYSE: BNL) reported the promotion of Ryan Rahaeuser to vice president, acquisitions. He continues to focus his efforts on the origination, management, and execution of net lease retail property transactions for BNL’s industrial-focused, diversified portfolio while providing leadership and guidance to the retail acquisitions team. Rahaeuser joined Broadstone in 2022 and brought previous industry experience from his tenure with VEREIT, Inc. and Cole Real Estate Investments.

Equinix, Inc. (Nasdaq: EQIX) announced the appointment of Harmeen Mehta as executive vice president and chief digital and innovation officer (CDIO). With 28 years of experience in leading extensive digital transformations within the technology infrastructure sector, Mehta brings substantial expertise to Equinix as the company continues to advance its leadership in digital infrastructure, the REIT said. Mehta previously served as CDIO at BT Group.

"Harmeen is a visionary leader with a proven track record in digital transformation and innovation," said Adaire Fox-Martin, CEO and president of Equinix.

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. (NYSE:ELS) named Marguerite Nader as vice chairman of the board and promoted Patrick Waite as president. Nader will continue serving as CEO and Waite will continue in his role as COO. Nader noted that Waite “has been instrumental to ELS’ success. His expertise in operations, capital allocation, and extensive industry knowledge will be valuable as he steps into this new role.”

Healthpeak Properties, Inc. (NYSE: DOC) said Executive Vice President–Investments and Portfolio Management, Kelvin Moses, has been promoted and appointed as its CFO. Scott Brinker, president and CEO, noted, “His strategic mindset, health care insight, and investment and operational experience make him uniquely qualified to help guide Healthpeak through our next phase of growth.” Moses joined Healthpeak in 2018 and has held a range of leadership roles across investments, operations, portfolio management, and development.

Iron Mountain (NYSE: IRM) said Gary Aitkenhead joined the company as executive vice president and general manager, data centers. Aitkenhead has held leadership roles at Equinix, the UK Ministry of Defence's Science & Technology Laboratory, and Motorola Solutions. Bill Meaney, president and CEO of Iron Mountain, said Aitkenhead’s “global commercial and operational experience, alongside extensive data center expertise, will be instrumental in advancing our commitment to providing safe, secure, and innovative solutions for our customers.”

LTC Properties, Inc. (NYSE: LTC) named industry veteran, David Boitano, as executive vice president and chief investment officer, following the promotion of Clint Malin to co-CEO in December 2024. Malin and co-CEO Pam Kessler noted that “with an impressive track record in the seniors housing and health care finance sector, Boitano has cultivated strong industry relationships and demonstrated success in building real estate portfolios. We believe his deep expertise will be invaluable as we drive growth and expand LTC’s RIDEA platform.”
