MERLIN Properties SOCIMI, S.A. (MC: MRL) announced the passing of Miguel Ollero, the Spanish REIT’s CFO and COO. Prior to joining MERLIN, he worked at Arthur Andersen, FCC Construcción, Deutsche Bank M&A, and RREEF.

The Community Development Trust (CDT) said Trey Phillips has joined CDT as vice president of debt asset management. Phillips’ experience includes more than 13 years at Cinnaire, predominantly in their affordable housing loan portfolio, including work across multiple loan types and departments.

Dynex Capital, Inc. (NYSE:DX) said Sara Brownfield has been appointed head of human resources. Brownfield was previously at Brownfield Associates, where she advised organizations on a range of HR matters. Prior to that, she spent more than 20 years with Wells Fargo.

Four Corners Property Trust (NYSE:FCPT) said Michael Friedland has been appointed to its board of directors. The REIT noted that Friedland has extensive experience in corporate and real estate finance, banking, risk and credit, investment grade and leveraged syndicated finance, and credit restructuring, and most recently served as vice chair of global corporate banking at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. until his retirement in March.

Lineage, Inc. (Nasdaq: LINE) announced the planned retirement of its Chief Information Officer and Chief Transformation Officer, Sudarsan Thattai. The company will implement a phased transition to maintain momentum across mission-critical initiatives and provide a smooth and well-supported leadership handoff. Thattai will continue his role as CTO and remain with Lineage through the subsequent transition period until his planned retirement in April 2027.

As part of this transition, day-to-day leadership of Lineage’s global IT and technology organization will transition to Chris Johnson, vice president of technology projects, while Thattai focuses on high-impact, future-oriented IT priorities.
