American Healthcare REIT, Inc. (NYSE: AHR) named Aric Chang as CFO, effective Oct.1. Chang succeeds Brian Peay, who is retiring after 10 years as CFO. Chang joins AHR from Public Storage (NYSE: PSA), where he served as CFO, real estate. His career includes senior roles across New York Stock Exchange-listed REITs, real estate private equity, and REIT research, AHR noted. Peay joined the company in 2016 and served as CFO through a period of notable growth and accomplishments, including the company’s listing on the NYSE.
AHR also announced that Jon Crosier has joined the company as chief technology officer. Crosier brings more than 18 years of enterprise data and technology leadership, including a decade across institutional real estate platforms, most recently as senior vice president and chief technology officer of Kilroy Realty Corp. (NYSE: KRC).
In addition, AHR said Ann Lacey has joined the company as executive vice president, asset management – senior housing. Lacey joins AHR from Artemis Real Estate Partners, where she served as managing director, health care.
American Tower Corp. (NYSE: AMT) announced that its board of directors has elected Kristen Ludgate as a director. Ludgate most recently served as chief people officer of HP Inc., a global technology company, from 2021 to 2025.
Essential Properties Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: EPRT) announced several executive officer appointments and promotions. Pete Mavoides, CEO, has executed a new employment contract with a term of approximately four years. Max Jenkins, COO, has been promoted and will assume the additional role of president, and Rob Salisbury, CFO, has been promoted and will assume the additional role of chief strategy officer. AJ Peil, the company’s chief investment officer, has departed the company and has been replaced by Craig Vachris. Most recently, Vachris led the credit and underwriting departments at W. P. Carey Inc. (NYSE: WPC) as their chief credit officer.
Equinix, Inc. (Nasdaq: EQIX) announced the appointment of DD Dasgupta as chief marketing Officer. Since 2024, he has led Equinix's portfolio of customer-focused solutions as vice president, product and solution marketing.
Lineage, Inc. (Nasdaq: LINE) said Paul Beiboer will join its board of directors. He will also serve as a member of the board’s talent and compensation committee. His past roles include a more than 30-year tenure at Rabobank, where he served as CEO of its North American operations, and, prior to that, CEO of its European operations (outside of the Netherlands).
LTC Properties, Inc. (NYSE: LTC) said Pam Kessler and Clint Malin, co-presidents and co-CEOs, have been elected to its board of directors, increasing the total number of directors from six to eight, five of whom are independent. Kessler and Malin have each spent more than two decades at LTC and have served as co‑Presidents since May 2020 and co-CEOs since December 2024.
Service Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SVC) said its board of trustees has elected Jeanmarie Cooney as an independent trustee. From 2022 to 2025, Cooney served on the board of directors of Playa Hotels & Resorts N.V., a public company with hotel assets in Mexico, Jamaica, and the Dominican Republic, where she served as chair of its audit committee from 2023 until Playa’s sale to Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 2025.
Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (Euronext Paris: URW) announced that Geoffrey Mason has been appointed COO, U.S., and will join the executive committee. Mason brings more than 15 years of industry experience, including the past eight years with URW and a previous tenure at Westfield from 2007 to 2016. Most recently serving as U.S. executive vice president of asset management & development, “he has been instrumental in evolving our U.S. portfolio into mixed-use lifestyle destinations, and leading major development projects at Westfield Garden State Plaza, Westfield Old Orchard, and Westfield Topanga,” the company said.
VICI Properties Inc. (NYSE: VICI) announced that John Sullivan has been appointed to the board of directors as an independent director. Sullivan served as president and CEO of Cadillac Fairview Corporation Ltd., an owner, operator, and developer of high-quality retail and mixed-use real estate, from January 2011 until his retirement in October 2023.
