Annual Awards Recognize Best in Investor Communications Among REITs
WASHINGTON, D.C.(June 6, 2023) – Nareit announced the recipients of the 2023 Investor CARE Awards during its REITweek Investor Conference (June 6–8, 2023). These annual awards recognize Nareit corporate members that most effectively and efficiently communicate with investors through comprehensive, clearly articulated, and useful information. All Nareit members—both equity and mREITs—are evaluated based on their online presence, SEC filings, and investor relations practices. A panel of judges, which includes analysts and portfolio managers from the buy-side and sell-side, select the winners.
This year’s award winners by category include:
Large Cap
- Gold: Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. (ARE)
- Silver: Camden Property Trust (CPT)
- Bronze: Extra Space Storage, Inc. (EXR)
Small Cap
- Gold: Kite Realty Group Trust (KRG)
- Silver: Essential Properties Realty Trust, Inc. (EPRT)
- Bronze: Acadia Realty Trust (AKR)
mREIT
- Gold: ARMOUR Residential REIT (ARR)
