Five REITs have been named sector leaders on Barron’s list of America’s Most Sustainable Companies: Kilroy Realty Corp. (NYSE: KRC), Macerich (NYSE: MAC), Welltower, Inc. (NYSE: WELL), Equinix, Inc. (NYSE: EQIX), and Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: HST), listed respectively, one through five. Calvert compiles the list for Barron’s.
Earlier this month, Barron’s published a separate list of America’s Top 100 Most Sustainable Companies. When prepared by Calvert, REITs were excluded from this list.
