REIT sustainability, social responsibility, and human resource professionals will join existing finance, tax, legal, and accounting professionals at Nareit’s REITwise: 2026 Educational Conference, March 24-26 in Hollywood, Fla., for continuing education and peer exchange opportunities. REITwise offers professionals in the REIT and publicly traded real estate industry the opportunity to network and learn about the latest regulatory, technical, and operational issues impacting REITs.
REITwise program development is led by member program directors from each of the professional disciplines covered at REITwise. The 2026 sustainability program director is Lauren Moss, SVP, chief sustainability officer at Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE: VNO); and the human capital program director is Mellissa Boggs, EVP, employee experience at Kite Realty (NYSE: KRG). They will join the accounting, tax, legal and banking program directors to bring the most insightful and high-level discussion of the issues facing REITs in today's real estate market.
At REITwise, the Real Estate Sustainability Council (RESC) and Social Responsibility Council (SRC) will hold their annual in-person meetings. Nareit will announce the 2026 Leader in the Light Award recipients during a general session; this keynote will include insights on how a leadership mindset focused on empathy and collaboration can cut through uncertainty, strengthen internal culture, and restore trust in the wider business community.
