Nareit is pleased to welcome Path Intelligence as the third participant in its 2026 PropTech and Innovation Partnership, joining Fifth Dimension and Intapp in the pilot program.
Founded by CEO Nate Robert-Eze, Path Intelligence helps commercial real estate owners and operators better understand how people use and move through physical spaces, providing data and insights that can inform property operations, tenant experience, and investment decisions.
“We’re excited to welcome Path Intelligence into our PropTech and Innovation Partnership,” said John Jones, senior vice president of government relations at Nareit.
“One of our goals with this pilot is to introduce Nareit members to innovative companies addressing real-world challenges and opportunities to drive efficiency, unlock value, and generate new revenue across commercial real estate,” Jones said. “Path Intelligence brings a valuable perspective to that conversation and demonstrates how technology can create meaningful business impact across our industry.”
The PropTech and Innovation Partnership was launched in the spring of 2026 as a pilot initiative designed to connect REITs and real estate industry professionals with emerging technology companies and thought leaders. Through a combination of thought leadership, video content, targeted visibility, and industry dialogue, participating companies have opportunities to share their expertise and engage with the REIT community.
Path Intelligence’s participation further expands the range of technologies and perspectives represented in the program as Nareit continues to explore how innovation is changing the way real estate is operated, experienced, and valued.
