REITs in the Community: Holding in Raleigh

May 2, 2018 - Rep. George Holding (R-NC) was the honored guest at a luncheon held in Raleigh, NC to benefit his re-election campaign as part of Nareit's Capital Leadership Circle initiative. The event was hosted by Highwoods Properties (NYSE: HIW) President and CEO Ed Fritsch, American Tower (NYSE: AMT) SVP Public Affairs Becca Gould, and REITPAC. Rep. Holding, who has a solid understanding of REIT based real estate investment, is a member of the House Ways and Means Committee, which has primary jurisdiction over federal tax issues.
