Aug. 16 – Rep. Brian Babin (R-TX) visited Prologis, Inc.'s (NYSE: PLD) Port Crossing Commerce Center, located in La Porte, TX. The Congressman, a member of the House Transportation & Infrastructure Committee and House Science, Space, and Technology Committee, toured a facility that is leased to MRC Global (NYSE: MRC), a leading distributor of pipe, valve and fitting products and services to the energy and industrial markets. Rep. Babin learned about Prologis’ status as the world’s largest industrial REIT and largest industrial landlord in the general Houston area.
