Broadstone Real Estate, LLC promoted Christopher Czarnecki to CEO of Broadstone Real Estate (BRE), Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. (BNL) and Broadtree Residential, Inc. (BTR). Previously, Czarnecki served as president and CFO of BRE & BNL and executive vice president and CFO of BTR.
CubeSmart L.P. (NYSE: CUBE) promoted Jonathan Perry to the position of senior vice president and CIO. Perry joined the company in 2008 and previously held the titles of vice president for asset management and senior vice president for investments.
David Lukes was named president and CEO of DDR Corp. (NYSE: DDR), replacing Tom August. Lukes previously served as CEO of Equity One, Inc. (NYSE: EQY).
Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Inc. (NYSE: HASI) named Rebecca Blalock as an independent member of its Board of Directors. She previously served as Chief Information Officer of Southern Company. The company also named Justin Cressall to the position of Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Charles Melko to the position of Chief Accounting Officer.
IRET (NYSE: IRET) named Mark Decker, Jr. as CEO, in addition to his current role as president.Decker replaces Timothy Mihalick, who served as CEO for the past eight years and spent 36 years in total with IRET.
Kimco Realty Corp. (NYSE: KIM) promoted Ross Cooper to president and David Jamieson to COO. Conor Flynn, who had held the dual role of president and CEO, will remain Kimco’s CEO.
Kevin Pascoe, executive vice president of investments at National Health Investors, Inc. (NYSE: NHI), has also been named CIO. Pascoe has been employed with NHI since June 2010.
Julian “Jay” Whitehurst, president and COO of National Retail Properties, Inc. (NYSE: NNN), has also assumed the role of CEO. He succeeds Craig Macnab, who retired from the company.
QTS Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: QTS) named Jeffrey Berson as CFO and Bill Schafer as executive vice president for finance and accounting. Berson has served as CIO of QTS CIO since 2013.
