American Healthcare REIT, Inc. (NYSE: AHR) announced several leadership appointments. Jeff Hanson has been named the company’s CEO, while he continues in his role as chairman of the board. Gabe Willhite has been elevated to president, in addition to his ongoing role as COO. Danny Prosky, who had served as president and CEO since the company’s formation, has retired from his executive role and continues to serve as a member of the board of directors and as an advisor to the management team. Scott Estes, an independent member of the board of directors, has been appointed lead independent director.
Hanson had served as interim CEO since February, when Prosky began a medical leave of absence following a serious health event, American Healthcare REIT noted.
Camden Property Trust (NYSE: CPT) recently announced the appointment of Kevin Necas as senior vice president and chief accounting officer. Necas previously served as Camden’s vice president of accounting. In addition, the company named Caroline Lillja as its new vice president of accounting.
Centerspace(NYSE: CSR) said Steven Vargas has been promoted to senior vice president of operations. Since joining Centerspace in 2018, Vargas has helped shape portfolio strategy, revenue management, and organizational initiatives that support asset value and portfolio performance, the REIT said.
Chiron Real Estate Inc. (NYSE: XRN) announced the appointments of Robert “Bobby” Zeiller as chief development officer and head of seniors housing and Aaron Roseth as COO. In connection with these appointments, Danica Holley, who previously served as COO, has been appointed chief administrative officer. Chiron also announced that Tami Cumings, former COO of Silverstone Senior Living, has joined Chiron as senior vice president of seniors housing.
The Community Development Trust, Inc. (CDT) named Brian Hudson, Sr . as its new board chair. Hudson, retired, is the former executive director and CEO of Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA). Prior to that role, he was the PHFA's deputy executive director and CFO. Joseph Reilly, CDT president and CEO, said Hudson’s “vision and leadership will help CDT to continue meeting our mission of providing long-term capital to preserve and expand the nation’s supply of affordable housing.”
Equinix, Inc. (Nasdaq: EQIX) said Chris Audie will join the REIT as chief product officer, responsible for leading the company's global products and services organization across interconnection, infrastructure, network operations, and ecosystem partnerships. He previously served as HashiCorp's chief product and technology officer for infrastructure and AI, leading product, engineering, and design. HashiCorp was acquired by IBM in 2025.
Equinix also announced that Bruce Owen has been appointed executive vice president, global markets. A 16-year Equinix veteran, Owen will oversee the company's regional operations in the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Asia-Pacific.
Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE: FRT) announced that Paige Pitcher joined the company as senior vice president, digital innovation. In this newly created role, Pitcher will lead Federal Realty's efforts to accelerate innovation and AI across the business, reporting directly to President & CEO Don Wood. She joins Federal Realty from Bigger Pitcher Advisory, where she drove AI integration and enterprise digitization for real estate firms and proptech companies across three continents.
Prologis, Inc.(NYSE: PLD) said its board of directors appointed Alfred Kelly, Jr. as a director of the company. Kelly served as CEO of Visa Inc. from 2016 to 2023. He was elected chairman of Visa's board of directors in 2019 and became executive chairman in 2023, serving in that role until 2024.
Rayonier Inc. (NYSE: RYN) announced the appointment of Ryan Daniels as senior vice president, wood products. Daniels has served as interim senior vice president, wood products, since March 20. He joined PotlatchDeltic Corporation in September 2023 as director, wood products operations, serving in that capacity until the merger of equals between Rayonier and PotlatchDeltic closed earlier this year.
STAG Industrial, Inc. (NYSE: STAG) said Ryan Grove joined the company as vice president, asset management, based out of its Dallas office, where he will lead asset management for STAG’s Texas region. Grove brings nearly three decades of industrial real estate expertise from Southern California's most competitive markets, STAG said.
