Senior Housing Properties Trust (NYSE: SNH) appointed Richard Siedel, Jr. as its CFO and treasurer.
Silver Bay Realty Trust Corp. (NYSE: SBY) appointed lead independent director Thomas Brock as interim president and CEO following the resignation of David Miller as the company’s president and CEO. Brock has served on Silver Bay’s board as lead independent director and chair of the compensation committee since its initial public offering in December 2012.
William Crooker was named CFO, executive vice president and treasurer of STAG Industrial, Inc. (NYSE: STAG). Crooker replaces Geoffrey Jervis, who left STAG in order to pursue other opportunities.
