Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE:AKR) said David Buell will join the company in January 2026 as its new chief accounting officer, succeeding Richard Hartmann. Buell brings more than 15 years of experience from Kite Realty Group (NYSE: KRG), where he held several leadership positions. Hartmann, who has been with Acadia Realty Trust since 1997 and has served as chief accounting officer since 2012, will remain with the company to support the transition and will assume a new role as senior vice president, strategic initiatives.

Americold Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: COLD) announced the appointment of Joseph Reece and Stephen Sleigh to its board of directors. Reece has been a managing partner of SilverBox Capital LLC, and its predecessors since 2015. Sleigh is a senior advisor at Blue Wolf Capital Partners. Americold also announced that its board has formed a new finance committee, which is comprised of existing and new directors, in order to support ongoing efforts to enhance shareholder value.

Digital Realty (NYSE: DLR) named Stephen Bolze—a global executive with more than three decades of leadership across the energy and infrastructure sectors—as an independent director to its board, effective Jan. 1, 2026. He most recently served as senior managing director and head of infrastructure portfolio operations and asset management at Blackstone.

EastGroup Properties, Inc. (NYSE: EGP) said Reid Dunbar, head of EastGroup's central region, will become president of the company; Staci Tyler, chief administrative officer and chief accounting officer, will become CFO; Brent Wood, CFO, will assume the newly created position of COO; and, Michelle Rayner, controller, will assume the role of chief accounting officer. CEL Marshall Loeb said the new roles “are a natural evolution that enhances operational alignment across our development, acquisition, financial, and regional functions and ensures we're well positioned to execute on the opportunities ahead and continue delivering long-term value.”

Essential Properties Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: EPRT) named Robert Salisbury as executive vice president and CFO, effective Jan. 1, 2026. Salisbury has been a senior vice president within the company’s finance department since 2023. He replaces Mark Patten, who is moving to Sun Communities, Inc. (NYSE: SUI).

Equinix, Inc. (Nasdaq: EQIX) announced CFO Keith Taylor's intention to retire in 2026 following 27 years with the company. Taylor will remain as CFO until a successor is selected, and then as a special advisor to the company for approximately one year to ensure a smooth transition. Adaire Fox-Martin, CEO and president of Equinix, noted that "for well over two decades, his strategic insight and financial stewardship have helped us grow profitably from a small startup to a global leader among the Fortune 500.”

Gaming and Leisure Properties, Inc. (Nasdaq: GLPI) said Michael Borofsky has been appointed as a new independent director. Borofsky is the founder of Mithrandir Ventures, a diversified family office with investments in gaming, health care, software, and climate tech.

Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. (NYSE: HPP) said Jon Bortz, chairman and CEO of Pebblebrook Hotel Trust (NYSE: PEB)  has been elected to the company’s board of directors, alongside the retirement of Jonathan Glaser. Victor Coleman, Hudson Pacific’s chairman and CEO, said Bortz’s “strategic vision, combined with four decades of experience founding, scaling and leading highly successful public REITs, will be invaluable to Hudson Pacific as we continue to reposition and strengthen our platform.”

Lamar Advertising Co. (Nasdaq: LAMR) said Ross Reilly has been appointed president of its outdoor division effective Jan.1, 2026. Reilly has been serving as Lamar’s vice president of mergers and acquisitions and special projects since 2019.

OUTFRONT Media (NYSE: OUT) announced two key hires to its leadership team: Stacy Minero as chief marketing & experience officer and Abhi Vyas as vice president, performance marketing. Minero’s previous roles include global marketing director at Epic Games and global head of Twitter Arthouse. Vyas joins Outfront from Verizon.

Regency Centers Corp. (Nasdaq: REG) elected Mark Parrell to its board of directors effective Jan. 1, 2026. Parrell currently serves as president and CEO of Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR).

Safehold Inc. (NYSE: SAFE) announced the appointment of Michael Trachtenberg, a real estate industry veteran with more than two decades of operational experience, as president of the company. Trachtenberg joins Safehold from real estate fund manager Lubert-Adler, where he most recently served as president.

Sun Communities, Inc. (NYSE: SUI) reported the appointment of Mark Patten as CFO, effective Jan. 5, 2026. Patten will succeed Fernando Castro-Caratini, who will transition into an advisory role with the company. Patten joins the REIT from Essential Properties Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: EPRT).
