Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. (NYSE: ALEX) said Dana Harvey has been promoted to vice president, corporate responsibility. Since joining A&B in 2013, she has supported government and community relations, outreach initiatives, and the company’s charitable giving program, strengthening A&B’s partnerships across Hawai‘i and advancing its mission to be Partners for Hawai‘i, the REIT said.
  
  Armada Hoffler (NYSE: AHH) said its board of directors unanimously voted to appoint Shawn Tibbetts as chairman, effective Jan. 1, 2026. This action completes the last phase of the planned succession changes initiated in 2024. In addition to his new role, Tibbetts will continue leading the REIT as president and CEO.
CareTrust REIT, Inc. (NYSE:CTRE) announced today the appointment of Greg Stapley to the board of directors, effective Jan. 1, 2026. He previously served as CareTrust’s president and CEO from the company’s inception in 2014 to 2022.
Iron Mountain (NYSE: IRM) announced the election of Christie Kelly to the board of directors. From 2021 to 2023, she served as executive vice president, CFO, and treasurer of Realty Income Corp. (NYSE: O). William Meaney, president and CEO of Iron Mountain, said: “Kelly’s exceptional track record as a Fortune 500 CFO in the REIT sector, and her deep expertise in finance and strategy, will be invaluable as we continue to execute on our global growth strategy and our ongoing transformation.”
  
  Lineage, Inc. (Nasdaq: LINE) announced the appointment of Robb LeMasters as CFO, effective Nov.10. LeMasters will succeed Rob Crisci, who previously announced his intent to retire and will remain with the company in an advisory role through a transition period. Most recently, LeMasters served as CFO of BWX Technologies, Inc.
Lineage also announced the appointment of Ki Bin Kim as vice president of investor relations. Kim joins Lineage from Truist Securities, where he served as managing director of U.S. REIT equity research.
Realty Income Corp. (NYSE: O) said Kim Hourihan has been appointed to its board of directors. Hourihan serves as managing director and global head of strategy at Invesco Real Estate. Previously, she served in various chief investment officer roles with CBRE Investment Management.
  Simon Property Group NYSE: SPG) said Stanley Shashoua has been promoted to President of international real estate. He will oversee Simon's international real estate portfolio, which includes 26 international premium outlets, Simon’s ownership stake in Klépierre SA, and its McArthurGlen Investments. Shashoua currently serves as a supervisory board member of Klépierre, a position he has held since 2015. He will continue to oversee the REIT’s special corporate investments.
"Stanley has played a pivotal role in advancing our international real estate strategy and is uniquely qualified for this position," said David Simon, chairman, president, and CEO.
UDR, Inc. (NYSE: UDR) announced the appointment of Richard “Ric” Clark to its board of directors. Clark will serve as an independent director and has been appointed to the nominating and governance committee and the audit and risk management committee. From 1984 to 2021, Clark served Brookfield Corp. and its predecessors in various senior leadership roles including chairman and CEO of Brookfield Property Group, Brookfield Property Partners, and Brookfield Office Properties.
